Cooking Demonstration & 3-Course Dinner with Chef Matt O'Neil

Join us on Tuesday the 24th for a demonstration on how to make ravioli and enjoy the ravioli along with orange glazed confit duck, soup, and tart. 

1st course -
French Onion Soup, swiss cheese, crouton
 
2nd course-
Wild Mushroom Ravioli
blood orange glazed confit duck leg, swiss chard, cashews, mushroom port wine and sherry broth
 
3rd course- 
Warm pear tart, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce
